CUP CAKES MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY

BASIC VANILLA CUP CAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Butter softened: 5 oz. (150 Gms)
Superfine (castor) sugar: 5 oz. (150 Gms)
Self-Raising flour: 6 oz. (175 Gms)
Eggs: 3 nos
Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp.
METHOD
1.    Pre heat the oven to 350 * F (180* c).
2.    Line a 12 cup cake pan, with cupcake papers.
3.    Crack the Eggs into the KitchenAid Stand Mixer bowl and beat lightly.
4.    Add all the ingredients in the KitchenAid Stand Mixer bowl.
5.    Beat until light and creamy.
6.    Divide the mixture evenly between the cup cases.
7.    Bake for 18-20 minutes until they risen and are firm to touch.
8.    Allow to cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
9.    Allow to cool before icing.
10. Decorate as you like it

4.    Add all the ingredients in the KitchenAid Stand Mixer bowl.

6.    Divide the mixture evenly between the cup cases.
